Captains’ Message
As Captains of Baltinglass Golf Club for the 2026 season, we are honoured and privileged to represent the Club in the year ahead.
We are most grateful for the many good wishes and the continued support we have received from our fellow members.
We take great pride in our course, which is consistently presented to an excellent standard and provides a fair and enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities. This would not be possible without the dedication and commitment of our staff, together with the many volunteers who serve on committees and contribute their time and expertise both on the course and within the clubhouse. We sincerely thank each of you for your invaluable efforts.
Baltinglass Golf Club is justly renowned for its warm hospitality and strong sense of community. This has been further enhanced by the wonderful addition of Madunkeys Restaurant to the clubhouse, which has been a most welcome and successful development for members and visitors alike.
We wish to express our sincere appreciation to our sponsors for their continued generosity and support.
We are pleased to note that both the Ladies’ and Men’s sections have a full and varied golfing programme planned for the year ahead, and we look forward to an active and enjoyable season.
We also acknowledge with gratitude our ongoing partnership with Baltinglass GAA in facilitating the weekly Lotto, with funds raised contributing towards our Centenary celebrations in 2028.
We look forward to representing our great club and to welcoming members and guests to Baltinglass Golf Club throughout the 2026 season, both on the fairways and in the clubhouse.
